How to get there
Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort is located 25 minutes from Rafael Núñez International Airport (also known as Cartagena de Indias Airport, or CTG). Colombia does not require a foreign visa for over 85 countries whose citizens enter the country solely as tourists. To confirm if this is the case for you, you can check the Colombian Foreign Ministry website or use Travel Information Manual, which provides personalized passport, visa, and health requirements-related information to ensure you have everything you need.
Where to stay
A-Fest will take place at Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort, and this is where all the attendees are recommended to stay. The hotel is all-inclusive and any outside guests will have to purchase a day pass to access the property, meals, and A-Fest programming. Information on how to book a hotel room at the special A-Fest discounted room rate will be provided after securing the ticket.
When to arrive and depart
If you’re on a tight schedule and flying in just for A-Fest, we suggest that you plan to arrive on the evening of Wednesday, May 3, and depart after 12 PM on Monday, May 8. For the full A-Fest experience, we recommend arriving on Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning and departing on Tuesday, May 9.
